are great for those ready to dive into clinical rotations, which begin second semester of BSNs’ second year.

One practice site for BSNs is Innisfree Village, a residential home for adults with intellectual disabilities, which is tucked in rural Crozet, Va., where nursing students like Anniston Armor, Isabelle Carney, and Hannah McInturff, and Diana Nguyen (BSN ’25) get experience caring for resident “coworkers” as part of their community and public health rotation.
